Marmot’s pricing on this jacket is inaccurate. My first problem is the fitting. I’m normally a Large fit but the jacket fits like Large (womens) it’s narrow around the stomach/waist almost like a medium fit for mens. After a couple of days of wearing, it already started to lose feathers so it had to go back. Could’ve been great down jacket, I felt warm when I wore it under a 30 - 40 degree weather not bad to be honest. I just wasn’t happy with the fitting.The jacket was super light and seemed like it would be very warm, unfortunately it has to go back. I wear a medium in just about everything (5’8”, 175lbs, 42S jacket, 34 waist) and this was skin tight through the torso and waist, like almost unable to be zipped. Sleeves and body were great length so I’m not very optimistic that sizing up to a large will work given how this jacket is cut.Switching to Avant Featherless...This jacket is too tight.I'm using this jacket on a daily basis...very lightweight and keeping the wind and cold out nicely. The only thing is I have been sent a jacket which has a zip that does up the different way to usual for a man's garment. This makes me think that it could be a woman's jacket I have been sent. Fits Ok though so overall very pleased with itNice and comfortable. Looks well made. Should be warm but no cold weather yetStylish mens jacket. Looks very smart and is truly warm. True to size and is a good fit. My husband is 6ft 3 , medium build and large size is perfect fit on him. He's very pleased.Very warm but light weight.Had to send back ordered XL it was too small all my other coat are XL, so this coat comes a little smaller.
